With only four ingredients, this super quick, totally healthy salad dressing has a permanent home in my fridge.

Balsamic Honey Dijon Salad Dressing
Prep time: 5 minutes
Servings: 12 ounces
Calories: 150 (2 tablespoons)
INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup (12 tbsp) extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup (8 tbsp) balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar or other bottle.
- Shake or whisk until emulsified.
- Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 7–10 days.
NOTES
- Shake before each use!
- I designed this recipe to be 150 calories for every 2 tablespoons. If you aren’t worried about calories (which I hope you’re not!) and would like this to be sweeter, feel free to add more honey to taste.
- If you’re looking for an easy way to brighten this dressing, add freshly grated garlic and a splash of lemon juice.
