The Only Burger Sauce Recipe You’ll Ever Need

This In-N-Out copy cat recipe for “animal style” burger sauce is the best special sauce recipe you’ll find for a hamburger. Bold statement, but this is better than the original!

In-N-Out “Animal Style” Burger Sauce
Prep time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 3 tbs ketchup
• 2-4 tbs sweet pickle relish
• 1 ½ tsp distilled white vinegar

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl and stir. (This was the easiest recipe I’ve ever written.)

NOTES

• Make sure you are using sweet relish, and not dill relish. In the ingredient list I note 2-4 tbs of relish, I like a lot to give it a nice texture but it’s a personal preference.
• Storage: you can keep this in the fridge as long as the expiration date of the condiments you are using. Though this sauce goes with so many things I doubt it will last more than 2 weeks.
